Born in Niigata Prefecture in 1987. Drawing inspiration from research into land, history, architecture, space, and personal narratives, she creates photographic works centered on themes such as “her-story” as a response to “history: his-story,” and the imagination of anonymous individuals not recorded in history. Major solo exhibitions include “REGARDING THE ECHO OF OTHERS” (Yokohama Civic Art Gallery, 2023) and “Autumn Diary” (Hibiya Library & Museum Special Exhibition Room, 2024).
